Job Positions and Main Purpose
- Associates/Business Analysts in Audit, Tax, Consulting, and Risk Advisory teams.
Job Roles and Responsibilities
For Associates/Business Analysts:
- Learning and applying Deloitte standards, procedures, and methodologies.
- Completing work within agreed timeframes and budgets.
- Ensuring data accuracy and using knowledge sources optimally.
- Staying updated with technical developments to offer value-added solutions.
- Developing productive working relationships with client staff.
- Managing information security risks in alignment with Deloitte policies.
For Personal Assistant:
- Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Partner.
- Handling calls, sorting correspondence, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Drafting correspondence and documents for approval.
- Assisting in departmental tasks and maintaining records.
For Internal Client Services – Tax Compliance Associate:
- Similar responsibilities to the Personal Assistant role, focusing on supporting client-facing teams.
Qualifications
For Associates/Business Analysts:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of Second Upper Division.
- Graduated within the last three years (2022/2023/2024).
- A’ Level – Division 1 or equivalent.
- O’ Level – Division 1 or equivalent with at least B in Mathematics and English.
- CPA or ACCA qualification is an added advantage for Audit and Tax roles.
- Tanzanian citizenship.
For Personal Assistant and Tax Compliance Associate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Secretarial training and experience in a professional services/advisory firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Tanzanian citizenship or eligibility to work in Tanzania.
