Credit Board rules and regulations specify general qualifications and criteria for students in need of credit. A qualified and needy applicant may apply loan / grant to cover the cost of higher education.
The Higher Education Student Loans Board was established in 2004 through HESLB Act (CHAPTER 178) and officially commenced in July, 2005. The Credit Board has the responsibility to provide loans or grants to needy students who meet the criteria.
